DON'T MISS THIS ONE-OFF PILATES EVENT!

10 November 2007 – London
11 November 2007 – Edinburgh, Scotland

Joseph Pilates' system of corrective exercises have stood the test of time. The history of the technique is well publicised. Joseph Pilates trained few people in his lifetime, and consequently, as time has moved forward every teacher has added their own interpretation to the method.

As a result this can be confusing. Who should you train with? What company has all the right answers? This day of classes and workshops will clear up this confusion. Kathy Corey, Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt will join Michael King to demonstrate that although there are some cosmetic differences in the various teaching styles, ultimately they all arrive at the same place.

  • Demonstrate how the various teaching styles ultimately teach the same lesson
  • Expand your movement repertoire
  • Improve your cueing skills
  • Help you make the connection with the past and the future of the Pilates technique

In addition to all the benefits to your teaching skills, you will hear stories from people who worked with Joseph Pilates and make the connection that in order to maintain the quality of the Pilates concept we need to acknowledge the past to move effectively into the future.
